Alpine WildSeed provides non-brokered genotypical seed to the native plant and reclamation industry. As a sole proprietor, my company is centrally located in Ellensburg, Washington. Harvesting activities occur from natural communities along the east slope of the Cascade Mountains and the Columbia Basin (alpine to steppe sagebrush).
In addition to my general seed collections, my services include the following: * Time critical collections. Vine maple typically germinates best when collected at a specific ripeness and shipped immediately to the client. Similarly, many willows have very short windows of seed viability. We provide these collections as special services. We collect and ship the same day for these species. * Site specific and 'on site' collections (WA, ID, OR, western Montana, and northern CA). I am available for travel to your specified location to survey or collect seed. * Range and reclamation services including range condition analysis, plant composition, noxious weed surveys, rare and endangered plant surveys, wildlife consulting and planning, home landscape consulting, etc. Please note that I do not substitute seed.
